We begins with Bubbles of course, paired with Japanese Ahi Tartare Cones; then Mini Garlic-lemon Shrimp and Grits with Chardonnay; Crispy Roasted Beet Cups with Goat Cheese Cork, Herbs and Citrus Zest with Pinot Noir; and last but not least: Lollipop Lamb Chops with Cabernet and a mystery dessert too!

During this class we will take on a delicious Yukon Gold (when in season), Potato Gnocchi and serve them in a tomato, basil and roast garlic sauce. While waiting for our gnocchi to cure we will make a deliciously creamy, Chocolate, Peppermint No Churn Ice Cream.

Let's be honest, everything doesn't need to be riddled with flour or squished between two slices of bread. Gluten Free cooking is quite easy. A lot of our classes are inherently Gluten Free or can be easily accommodated.
