The day will begin with freshly made treats from the kitchen along with tea or coffee and then the class will run through each dish from start to finish.
This class will cover great plating up techniques, what can be made in advance as well as lots of top tips and techniques to make your home cooking a lot more enjoyable.
Canapes and bubbles will be served around midday followed by the remainder of the masterclass and then a four course lunch with matching wines at our large dining tables overlooking the harbour.
