With Chef Steph Clubb’s expert guidance, you’ll learn everything you need to know to make delicious Gluten Free foods to enjoy at home. This full day course includes recipes for gluten free filled ravioli, Pangrattato, Lemon Ricotta Crostata, Sun-dried tomato schiacciata and the classic pesto.

  • Gluten Free filled ravioli –  A classic recreated into gluten free. This pasta recipe makes perfect gluten free ravioli to be stuffed and topped with your favourite filling.
  • Gluten Free pangrattato – Pangrattato are flavoured, crisp breadcrumbs, used in Italian food
  • Lemon ricotta crostata – a lemon-ricotta crostata bright with lemon zest and super creamy.
  • Sun-dried tomato schiacciata – The crust is crispy from the olive oil, while the dough itself is intensely flavoured from studded cloves of roasted garlic.
