We play our part by engaging with students with dynamic lessons that challenge them at their current level. We offer private lessons for students with busy schedules and for those who wish to learn at a faster pace. Also, our teachers go to the offices of big and small companies to teach private and group classes.
The Gonzales School of Languages has a highly professional staff of native instructors who train students to understand and speak the language efficiently. For more than 45 years, we've taught thousands of students at companies of all sizes to communicate in foreign language skills.
The Gonzales School of Languages (GSL) opened for business in 1970 with the purpose of helping travelers and business professionals to learn languages in a more practical manner than conventional classroom teaching. Over the last 48 years, Raul Gonzales and his team have established GSL among the premier language schools in Houston.
GSL instructors are native speakers of the languages they teach. They take a balanced approach to their lessons, simplifying the grammar of the language while teaching students to use it in conversational situations. They’re available for lessons in a variety of languages, including the following: Spanish, English, Portuguese, Urdu, French, Arabic, and Russian.

Our Program is designed for residents of the United States who want to learn to communicate orally and in writing in Spanish.
The Spanish program consists of eight levels of grammar courses (Spanish 1, Spanish 2, etc.) with conversation classes designed to be taken in between the grammar classes to reinforce and practice.
In this introductory course, we'll explore the basics of the Spanish language. The student will learn basic grammar and vocabulary, as well as basic conversation such as introductions, numbers, dates, and how to ask and answer questions.
