In this workshop, we make fresh pasta! Starting from the basics with the choice of flour, eggs, etc.,
Brian is bringing his knowledge of pasta making to the kitchen, along with a special guest host- his wife to be Darby Sutherland!
After our class, we return to the dining room to enjoy the pasta we’ve made, in a three course, family-style meal, accompanied by wine pairings selected exclusively by Emma.
