This course is designed to help participants identify how they individually react to pressure situations at work, and importantly how to build resilience to cope better the next time they occur.
The workshop will focus on developing personal resilience, with some simple tools and strategies, enabling participants to identify proactive resilience steps they can take to keep themselves well and more able to bounce back when pressure mounts.
