Guitar lessons at our schools are enhanced by the opportunity of learning how to jam with other musicians in a rock band setting put together by the instructors or how to perform solo in one of our recitals. No matter what type of guitar lessons you are interested in, we have the teachers to help you.
Typically a student would be 8 years old before starting guitar lessons, due to their hand size, but some younger students start with a junior sized guitar. Our private guitar lessons are one-on-one instruction and lesson lengths are 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.
Canada’s Professional School of Music & Arts was established in 2003. Since then, over 5000 students have taken music, art or dance lessons at our school. We offer variety of classes at our studio in Mississauga and online for students of all ages and levels.
We offer dance classes in ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, acro, lyrical/contemporary, as well preschool and toddler classes.
We offer private music classes such as piano, guitar, voice, violin, flute, clarinet, ukulele and drums lessons, preschool piano program , history and harmony, we prepare students for Royal Conservatory of Music Exams, as well as festivals and competitions.
We offer art classes in drawing, painting, cartooning, portfolio preparation as well as kinder art classes for preschoolers.
We have music, art and dance classes at a variety of times so that you can book classes for different children at the same time to save you hours of driving and waiting time. We have regular music and dance recitals that students can perform in if they wish.
Our teachers all have university degrees and are very experienced in catering to the needs of new students.
Every musician, from beginners to more advanced students, can benefit from one-on-one guitar or bass lessons at The Music Studio.
Guitar Course is Offered by Leslieville School of Dance & Music. All students aged 5 and up.
Lessons are available remotely online, or in the comfort of your own home, at our school locations, and at our affiliated, certified teacher studios across Canada.
Whether a student is interested in a relaxed, fun approach to lessons and just wants to learn how to play their favourite music, or if they want to take a more serious, syllabus based approach, we cover it all.
