Children are taught different guitar techniques including strumming and chords as well as how to read tab and from a musical stave. Children also learn aural skills, including playing by ear, simple improvisation and ensemble and performance skills. For pupils who wish to do so, there is the option to sit exams through ABRSM. Trial lessons available on request.

We teach guitar in our custom-built music studio in Kings Norton, Birmingham.Students have a one hour lesson in guitar and spend 50 minutes learning new techniques on their instrument followed by an exciting 10 minute jam session where students get to put what they have learned into practice.
All of our full time bass guitar courses cover the key areas of technical skill associated with playing the bass, such as use of the fingerboard, applied fingerboard harmony, time and groove, slap and dead note finger funk, walking bass, soloing, harmonics etc.
