We accept both boys and girls from the age of 2 and a half upwards. Classes sizes are kept low to ensure individual attention and are taken by qualified teachers who are very passionate about what they do.

We teach classes in Ballet including :
Each class starts with a coach-led warm-up to get everyone going, using hand apparatus and a song with actions that the children quickly learn. The children are then split into small groups and taken onto separate equipment stations.
We teach the children all the basics of gymnastics, how to do balances and partner balances, forward & backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, basic positions and fundamental movements.
Our Adult class is the perfect way to recapture your youth! These fully structured classes help develop strength and flexibility using gymnastics skills and movements. Suitable for all, from complete beginners to more experienced gymnasts.
The format of our classes will be slightly different to keep in line with COVID-19 guidance given to us by the Government, World Health Organisation, Leeds City Council and British Gymnastics.
