Established in 1994, we were known as Syarikat BMS. Since then, we have been selling all kinds of industrial safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) servicing local manufacturing industries in Kuching, Sarawak.
Our proposal is to introduce this programme to all food handlers. Targeted participants are chef, cooks, general kitchen helpers, waitress and waiters who are directly or indirectly involved in preparing or handling food.

The target group is all personnel involved with food preparation and handling. The objective of the training is to ensure learners gain a basic level of understanding of legislative and company requirements on food handling, proper disposal of food, and personal hygiene.
This course meets the training requirement set by Ministry of Health (MOH). At the end of the course, food handler shall understand basic personal hygiene, pest control, waste control, time and temperature control to prevent microbial contamination.
