The Level 2 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing is designed for anyone working in catering or manufacturing where food is prepared, cooked and handled in order to understand the principles and purpose of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and to apply it correctly in their own workplace. This ofqual qualification has changed in 2017 from QCF to RQF.
