I established my business in April 2000 as a Mobile Make-up Artist and Hairstylist for Special Occasions, having worked in the industry some years previously.
On the day of your special event I will travel to your chosen location to help you feel pampered and relaxed ready for your big day. I also have a purpose built Makeover Studio at my home.
In Hedge End where I offer Consultations, Trials and selected Beauty Treatments to help you prepare for your occasion or for some pampering.
This programme offers an introduction to the hairdressing industry and the basic skills needed to assist in a salon. During your time at college you will have the opportunity to work in our modern, well equipped, hairdressing salons learning the skills needed for the Level 1 qualification.
Example timetable, Students will attend 2 days per week to work towards their VTCT qualification, 1-2 days at a salon placement that ALD will help find and also on a Friday at our hub in Birtley to work towards maths, English, IAG and enrichment.
This Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing is a substantial vocational qualification for learners seeking a career as a hair stylist.
You will not only gain extra confidence in your chosen specialist area but knowledge and the expertise to further your successful hairdressing career. Our team of qualified teachers will be at hand to guide you in obtaining your Creative Hair Up course.
Level 1 in Hairdressing is a qualification that has been designed to introduce you to the complete range of practical hairdressing skills and will act as the foundation for you to progress onto the next level of vocational learning at level 2.
