At North Notts College you can choose to study from entry level through to level 3 (Equivalent level to A-Levels) before choosing to progress on to Higher Education with us.

Your training will include creating curls – barrel, loose and tight curls, plaiting, braid, fishtail plaiting, French pleat, beehive, creating a variety of designs on models that will be supplied for you.
Hairstyling lessons to suit individual requirements – whether it’s for yourself or to learn how to do a French Plait or different styles etc on other people. A hairdressing ‘head’ is available to learn and practice different styles with.
Tape hair extensions are the newest hair extension trend on the market. Tape hair extensions are thin tape wefts, 1 inch wide pre-taped hair wefts, that get "taped-in"in between your own hair in "sandwich" like bonds.
The Level 3 in Ladies Hairdressing is suitable for people who have taken on a related Level 3 or level 2 qualifications and/or have been working in the industry and looking to accredit their skills and knowledge.
The Love Hair training salon is perfect if your passionate about hair and beauty. You will try out a range of styling techniques and beauty treatments and develop the skills to work on real clients.
