Are you a makeup artist who is wanting to learn or refresh your hair-up styling techniques for professional use, or do you simply have a personal interest in learning how to style your own hair?

Our Hairstyling course will teach you a variety of styling techniques to create styles from the popular ‘power’ ponytail to more soft modern hair ups that will suit your client.

Students attending this course can also purchase GHD items at discounted student rates.  

To join us on this course you must have completed our Blowdrying & Hot Styling Tools course or be competent in blowdrying and using hot styling tools and have hair styling product knowledge.

 

What to Bring

All hairstyling products are provided in class for use during your lessons. You'll receive handouts for each lesson and are should bring a pen and notepad.

  • Mannequin Head and Clamp (optional - we can supply these for your use on the course)
  • Hair Dryer (we recommend GHD Air)
  • Hair Straightener (we recommend GHD MK4 Classic Styler)

  • Ponytails for all occasions
  • Half up, half down styling
  • Creating volume and length using hair stuffing and clip-ins
  • Modern hair ups using knots and twists
