Inspire Greatness Aveda Institutes started its humble beginnings as one school: Aveda Institute Denver, opened by our owner, Dale Le Monds when he was just 27.
Once Aveda Institute Denver started thriving, it was time to build a bigger community of beauty schools who share the same mission and passion to support students in their dreams of pursuing a career in the beauty industry.
As we added other locations to our brand, we knew we needed a name to unify us and our mission.

ABA Beauty School’s Barber program teaches design, cutting, shaving, coloring, highlight, permanent, basic facials, and the art of hairstyling combined with knowledge of business strategies and hands-on training with clients, providing you real-world experience.
Our Advance Trichology course will prepare you to work in all phases of the Beautician industry. In-depth knowledge and prepare you to be a specialist in this field.
In the Barbering Program you will learn the study of hair and its many forms and structures. Through hands on training, you will discover the different types of hair and facial hair as it pertains to ethnicity, curliness, thickness, and manageability.
Elite Hair Artistry can be taken in one of two options, both options are exceptional and provide the same quality of education. The class can be taken weekly or over 5 consecutive days, the hyper model.
Infused with both classic training and modern techniques, the Innovate Salon Academy Barbering Program includes barbering, business, and marketing education.
