We hope you will bring your bubble of friends & families! Come have fun! In-person classes will be limited to 4 to 6 students. It is up to you to gather the 4-6 students you wish to take a class with.
Unlike in the past, we are not gathering signing up students individually, instead, for your safety and comfort level, it is up to you to bring us a group of 4-6 and reserve a spot for the class you desire.
House-made Ravioli Class is offered by Panzano for all ages and skill levels. It emphasis on fresh pasta making.
Learn the art of Italian handcrafted pasta, This class will explore various techniques of rolled and hand shaped styles of pasta. Homemade pasta tastes nothing like what buy at the store! Find your confidence to create these elegant and delicious dishes at home.
This class will be hands-on, so you will be making your own dough, pasta shapes and sauce. During the class you will be able to transform the simple tomato sauce (vegetarian) into bolognese sauce for a hearty option (non-vegetarian).
Learn to make delicious fresh pasta from scratch in this fun workshop. Each child will learn to make the pasta dough, roll it, cut it and cook it. We will pair the pasta with marinara sauce from scratch which will also be demonstrated during the class.
