Hands On

  • Try your hand at this centuries old technique of making pasta from scratch.  With fresh ingredients, we will create beautiful handmade pasta.  We will crank out a few batches, cut some by hand and learn the technique of stuffing pasta for your very own tortellini.  We will top off our pasta with a few quick sauces to add to your repertoire.  Come ready to roll up your sleeves for this interactive experience.
