This course is designed to provide an understanding of the principles of HACCP. The HACCP is a preventive risk management system designed to identify, evaluate and control hazards significant in the food industry related to safety.
The primary objective of this training course is to equipped food safety auditors with knowledge of practices specific to auditing ISO 22000, including planning and preparation of the audit, audit practices, and reporting audit findings.
We offer 5S, ISO, HACCP, GMP, food handling (KLPM), and food allergy training. Our training centre is approved by the Ministry of Health (KKM) to provide both in-house and on-site classes.
This course meets the training requirement set by Ministry of Health (MOH). At the end of the course, food handler shall understand basic personal hygiene, pest control, waste control, time and temperature control to prevent microbial contamination.Â
