DurationThe Hazard Communication Standard is designed to protect workers from the effects of any exposure to a hazardous chemical or substances used or stored in the work setting.
The standard, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.59 / 1910.1200, also referred to as the “Right to Know Law,” requires all employers to provide information and training on chemical hazards to any employees who have the potential of being exposed to a hazardous chemical under normal condition of use or in a foreseeable emergency.
