Team Safety

Greg Strudwick & Associates will conduct monthly Tool Box Talks with employees at their work site. We will present safety topics that are site specific to the work crews. We electronically record, and track your employees training as presented and provide a monthly report on their progress.

The CPR certification classes are conducted using the National Safety Council First Aid / CPR Program. All employees who successfully complete the class will be certified in CPR a primary function of First Aid.

Our training consists of a comprehensive in house training session that satisfies the OSHA requirements The employee will also be observed while operating the forklift they intend to operate. Certification will be issued upon successful completion of the ground school and observation.

A flagger must be able to communicate with motorists, because after all their job is to: Protect the lives of workers, Guide traffic safely past a work area and to protect themselves. Our instructors are certified through the University of Texas in Arlington and approved by TXDOT to satisfy TXDOT.

This 10 Hour course an Introduction to the OSHA CFR 1926 Construction Standards and is intended to provide training on various construction safety and health topics to employees. An OSHA 29 C.F.R. 1926 Construction Standard Industry Regulations manual is used during this program.
