Welcome to Cooklandia - A personal chef service that can render your life easier, healthier, and filled with flavor. With my help you can enjoy tasty homemade meals without spending hours in the kitchen preparing them.
My name is Grazia. I was born and raised in Sardinia, Italy where I spent the first 30 years of my life. I started cooking out of necessity but soon discovered that my own personal satisfaction grew from creating a meal from scratch that warmed the hearts and put smiles on the faces of those who enjoyed them;
especially those who love to eat well.
Simplicity and freshness are the two main components for delicious, quality meals. These two elements are the foundation used to create my mouthwatering recipes. My mentors in the world of flavor have always been my mother and my culture. When you taste a variety of fresh ingredients that together create unforgettable flavors, you become accustomed to those flavors.
They become a part of you that represent who you are and where you are from. You can travel far away, as I have, discover and enjoy other foods but still remain faithful to the flavors with which you have grown up.
Cooking is my passion and I hope to create authentic meals for you and yours. Take a look at my menu. If there is a special Italian dish you would like to have prepared, call me at the telephone numbers listed on my web site or e-mail me. I look forward to spending time creating a meal for you or for your family.
Buon Appetito!
