Also, how can one forget deserts like Ice-creams, Kulfis and Sundaes, Cakes and Chocolates. All cooking classes are held in group not exceeding 12 people. This ensures individual attention. A homely atmosphere makes learning fun and exciting. "Tell me and I forget. Show me and I remember. Involve me and I learn". We involve all our students so that they can learn.
Students are given opportunity to get practical hands on experience by participating in the preparation of the items. Printed notes for all recipes are given, so that the students are able to concentrate on learning rather than spending time to jot down the procedures.
