Focus on a career path that matches your skills and interests while gaining hands-on experience with a Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) program through Sandwich Secondary School.
You'll gain valuable skills on the job from employers, skills training centers, and school during exploration activities through co-op placements and field trips.
Through experiential learning, course work, and training and certifications, you'll gain a specialization in a specific industry sector.

Who can register for the International Languages Program

Your child does not need a background in a particular language to be able to take advantage of this unique opportunity to acquire a second or third language.

When will classes take place

International Languages classes will run on Saturdays from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm throughout the year, beginning in October.

What languages are available

Classes are offered based on student enrolment numbers. Any language may be offered for which there are 25 students and an available instructor. Languages potentially offered include:
