This class will consist of a warm up followed by stretch and technique which is fundamental to all styles of dance. We will then focus on some across the floor then end with some fun / sassy jazz choreography! This class is for those of you that love to dance and want to improve!

This class focuses on body isolations, syncopated rhythms along with high level movements.
An upbeat, dance form derived from ballet and incorporating stretching, body isolations, leaps and turns. Jazz is a great class for increasing flexibility and building memory skills.
