House of Dance is one of Cheshire's leading providers of dance lessons & children's Parties.
House of Dance has a variety of classes running from Hoole Community Centre, Chester for both children & adults.
At around age 7 or 8, boys move from Junior Funky Moves into Boys Street (I) and Grade 1 Modern to further improve their dance skills and to start learning basic dance technique. It is compulsory to learn both modern and street together.
Our street dance lessons offer up to the minute choreography in a high energy, positive atmosphere. Our students also benefit from guest teachers who are currently performing professionally in the industry.
Street Dance encorporates various dance styles including hip hop and funk styles such as popping and locking.
Hip Hop one classes are offered by Hayley Sexton School of Dance. Our aim is to nurture and inspire a love of dance in our pupils in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment.
Hip Hop/Commercial classes are offered by Didsbury Theatre School. We teach Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Drama, Singing, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop and Singing for 2-18 year olds in a friendly and professional environment.
