Hip Hop originated in the 1970’s on the streets of New York. It consists of several elements that work together to create a distinctive style. Some of those styles include locking, popping and krumping.
Learn the basic movements of hip hop through grooving. With lots of repetition you will feel more comfortable with your body and the movements as you connect to the music and get your sweat on!
