Each learner deserves the opportunity and resources to receive job-related and outcome-based training to enable him/her to do his/her job. MCD arranges and co-ordinates training in various fields through accredited training providers for clients who require specialist training.
MCD Training Centre (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2001 following the implementation of a privatisation programme in the Samancor group, which is part of the Billiton group of companies. The founders of the company, have extensive experience in training.
Even though MCD Head Office is Gauteng Province, MCD is able to render service to all South Africa’s nine provinces and the neighbouring countries. We are proud to renders service to wide variety of clients, big and small.
In this training session, we attempt to cover many of the aspects of this devastating disease. We hope to give the learner, a broad understanding of the issues surrounding HIV and AIDS.
It inlcudes understanding the implications of the HIV/AIDS pandemic for society, the economy, a business sub-sector, an organisation and a specific workplace.
Workplace HIV/AIDS policies and programmes can play a vital role in raising awareness around HIV, preventing HIV infection and caring for people living with HIV.
