At Asian Garden Cooking School we admire the philosophy and techniques of Asian cuisine. We strive to share our knowledge of Asian cooking, and most importantly allow you to seek enlightenment in the process of cooking and socialising.
We run our cooking school in association with the Asian Garden Hospitality Group, which operates 14 restaurants throughout New Zealand. Our brands include: Buddha Stix, Spirit House, Hutong, Thai and TikiBar.
The training covers all aspects of what is involved in serving safe gluten-free (GF) food, from choosing ingredients, storage, food preparation, and cooking right through to serving customers and labelling your menu.
With an increasing number of people either choosing or having to cut gluten out of their diet this class will showcase a delicious dinner party menu full of fresh seasonal produce, lots of textures and delightful flavours in recipes that will be easy to recreate in your own home.
