Upon Completion of This Concentration Graduates Will Be Able To:

Examine foundations of management, leadership, and the global perspective of the hospitality field.
Analyze, understand, and demonstrate hospitality operations with a focus on sustainability, while gaining the skills needed to provide quality goods and exceptional services.
Earn appropriate industry and technology certifications including hospitality computer applications required for employment in the hospitality industry.

Understand and apply effective legal and ethical strategies impacting the operation of hospitality businesses.
