  • Monica Hillin is a business professional with over 30 years’ experience in multiple phases of Human Resources. She works in the Automotive, and financial industries. In her various roles, she works with employee and labor relations, payroll, benefits and compensation, training and development, diversity, recruitment, and organizational development. Ms. Hillin serves as the former Certification Director for the SHRM board, Jacksonville Chapter and is an active member of the Jacksonville Chamber’s Talent Advancement Network. She currently works as the Vice President of Human Resources for Duval Motor Company and has taught the FSCJ prep class for four years. Monica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. She also holds both the Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification. Lanette McKnight-Crawford is a Strategic HR Business Professional with over 25 years’ experience in multiple phases of Human Resources. She works in the aviation industry and is currently the senior human resource business partner for the operations division of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA). She is responsible for managing talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations and engagement, performance management, policy, and procedure administration, EEO compliance and labor relations. Ms. McKnight-Crawford serves as the past Director of College Relations for the Society of Human Resources management board, Jacksonville Chapter. She has taught the FSCJ prep for four years. Lanette received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and her Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College. She also holds the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and the Certified Professional (CP) certifications. She also holds the Labor Relations Certification and is currently working towards her Certified Compensation Professional certificate. Dr. Cristina Echeverry - Cristina started her career in higher education in 1998, working for Indian River State College and Florida Atlantic University as a Distance Learning Representative. Her next experience was at Florida State University, where she worked for the Vice President of University Relations and then accepted the position of Marketing Manager under the department of University Communications. Following her served time at Florida State University, Cristina accepted the position of Assistant Director at Nova Southeastern University where she served for approximately five years. Dr. Cristina Echeverry is currently the Greater Jacksonville Campuses Director at Webster University.  Cristina earned her BS Degree in Management and Multinational Business at Florida State University and her MBA and EdD in Organizational Leadership specializing in Human Resources Development at Nova Southeastern University. Her dissertation research was "Evaluation of Recruitment and Retention Practices Promoting a Master of Business Administration Program". Cristina also currently holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).  Currently, Cristina serves on the selection committee for Duval County's Teacher of the Year, The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce's Achieving the Dream Scholarship Committee and is an active SHRM Jacksonville Board member. She has also served on the Association of Talent Development's Mentor Program Committee.
