This programme allows students to train as HR support. Those working in this role typically work in medium to large organisations as part of the HR team delivering frontline support to managers and employers or are HR managers in a smaller organisations.
With this apprenticeship, you will handle day to day queries and provide HR advice. You will work on a range of HR processes from recruitment through to retirement.
In addition, you will use HR systems to keep records, provide relevant HR information to the business and work with the business on HR changes. You will typically take ownership for providing advice to managers on a wide selection of HR issues using company policy and current law.
