Our program is led by an experienced team of certified human resource professionals. We will guide you through a comprehensive review of the four key functional areas: People, Organization, Workplace and Strategy.

We will also define and explore fundamental human resources competencies including Leadership & Navigation, Business Acumen, Ethical Practices, Relationship Management, Consultation, Critical Evaluation, Global & Cultural E ectiveness, and Communication.

Exam Preparation

Our course employs blended learning materials, interactive classroom instruction and on-line supporting materials designed to help students prepare for the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP TM) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCPTM) certification exams.

Course content reflects the SHRM Body of Applied Skills and Knowledge™ (SHRM BASK™) and is intended to prepare students for the exams. However, exam success is not guaranteed.
