It is a 19-week program where students will take part in both theoretical and practical studies by alternating one week in class with one week in the field at a local co-op placement company.
We will provide you with hands on skills, contacts in the industry, on the job experience and full knowledge of the skills, safety procedures and theories you will require as a Gas Technician certificate holder.
As part of the program we also offer job search assistance.

Students will have their new knowledge tested through quizzes, worksheets, classroom written assignments and hands-on lab assignments.
Learn Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) and 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools and techniques used in the mechanical processes for mining, energy, chemical processing, and fabrication as well as building systems and commercial development.
The one-year Refrigeration and Air Conditioning certificate program is offered in Saskatoon.
This course introduces students to Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and moves into to trailer and service body heating and refrigeration systems.
This 25-week certificate gives you the skills needed for employment in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
