Food Manufacturing, Safety and HACCP course is offered by Mashite Academy. Quality learning is not just about memorizing information or completing tasks, but about developing the ability to think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
This course is included in all of our courses offered. However, this course can be taken individually for students who are needing a Food Safety Certificate.
This training looks at the specific requirements needed to implement and maintain a food safety management system based on an international standard, ISO 22000.
A Certificate of Successful Completion shall be issued for those attaining the minimum grade criteria. SHEM Criteria requires a minimum passing grade of 70 %. Examination papers which score 67% to 71% percent shall be re-graded by a second facilitator/assessor.
Food Safety is everyone’s responsibility and everyone’s business. This workshop is intended for senior and middle management (R638) or staff new to food safety management requiring an overview of legislation, prerequisite programmes and the concept of Food Safety Culture.
