The objective is to empower nurses with expertise which is essential for effective implementation of infection control practices across all healthcare settings.
The Training Program emphasizes on both theoretical and practical aspects. In order to provide acquired knowledge, as well as, skills required by nurses for infection control, IPCN is a judicious mix of hands-on practice and theory classes, research projects and assignments.
Objectives:

Vidyanta is the leading healthcare training partner with the Government of India’s for its vocational training program for the government senior secondary schools (Grade IX-XII). Since 2013, Vidyanta has steadily grown from 13 schools to 686 schools in eight states.
In 2017, Vidyanta and the Punjab Skill Development Mission entered into a unique ten-year public-private partnership to skill the youth of Punjab for entry-level healthcare job roles. Infection Control Practitioner course is offered by U N Mehta Institute Of Cardiology & Research Centre. These courses are full time courses, where candidates have to attend full time without having any other assignments / job.
