In July 2011, Vidyanta entered India’s nascent skill development sector in the healthcare sector, offering technical training for entry-level job roles and clinical training for nurses and doctors. Today, Vidyanta is one of India’s premier medical training companies.

Vidyanta is one of the early entrants providing scenario-based simulation training for nurses and doctors which is aligned to JCI standards. Our training focuses on the delivery of patient care through the use of mannequins and simulators using real world scenarios. Since inception, Vidyanta has focused on providing high-quality clinical training which has been instrumental in the growth of the company.

Vidyanta is the lead clinical training company for Medanta’s chain of hospitals. Vidyanta has a state-of-the-art simulation lab at Medanta – The Medicity, a 1,250-bedded super multi-specialty hospital founded by the eminent cardiac surgeon, Dr. Naresh Trehan. In addition, Vidyanta provides clinical training at Medanta Hospital, Lucknow, a 1,000-bedded hospital.

Vidyanta is the leading healthcare training partner with the Government of India’s for its vocational training program for the government senior secondary schools (Grade IX-XII). Since 2013, Vidyanta has steadily grown from 13 schools to 686 schools in eight states.

In 2017, Vidyanta and the Punjab Skill Development Mission entered into a unique ten-year public-private partnership to skill the youth of Punjab for entry-level healthcare job roles. As such, Vidyanta operates the Health Skill Development Center, a 30,000 sq. ft. training center at the Amritsar Medical College campus.

Vidyanta is an American Heart Association International Training Center providing training for both medical professionals and general population in a country with a high rate of cardiovascular events, such as heart failures, heart attacks and cardiac arrests.

In 2017, Vidyanta introducted Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credit hours working with the Delhi Nursing Council. In 2020, Vidyanta launched its online courses for nurses, such as Infection Control, ECG Interpretation and Trauma Care Nurse.
