For all bread enthusiasts, come learn and practice all the steps to follow for making good bread. You will learn about the different types of flour, the types of yeast, baking, kneading, storing and growing. 

You will make white bread, country bread and ciabatta bread. A tasting platters with two glasses of wine accompanies this course with practice. You will take your bread dough to bake at home.
