This short course gives you the knowledge and tools to explore strategic innovation models and to diagnose the need for organisational change.

You’ll learn how to develop a strategic change program by using different tools, including Ansoff, Balanced scorecard and the Balogun and Hope-Hailey model for strategic change. You’ll also write a business plan.

  • Apply strategic innovation models to assess the need for change.
  • Evaluate frameworks for strategic innovation.
  • Plan a change management program using tools such as Ansoff and balanced scorecard to obtain stakeholder funding and support.
  • Create a business plan as a strategic change management and communication tool to validate and ensure organisational fit.
