Our Internal Auditor Training course has been designed to teach you how to conduct an internal audit. It is useful for anybody working in food manufacturing, food service and catering or the meat industry, especially those acting as Internal Auditors under Approved Arrangements.

Learn from consultants who have achieved consistently high scores for clients for their BRC, SQF, ISO and HACCP Audits. Once all assessments are successfully completed, participants receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:

  • BSBAUD411: Participate in Quality Audits
  • FBPAUD4001: Assess compliance with food safety programs
  • Issued by QMS Audits Training Pty Ltd (RTO No. 45344)

QMS Audits’ Internal Auditor training will show you how to identify gaps in your HACCP Plan and quality manual and how to fill them. Using actual checklists from FSSC 22000, BRC and SQF we will work through HACCP Plans and other prerequisite programs to identify the gaps.

Using ISO 19011, we will review the requirements and responsibilities of conducting internal audits, from independence through to identifying unbiased evidence in the lead up to a GFSI or HACCP audit.
