A typical interview coaching session will incorporate planning and preparation, making an impression, answering behavioural - based questions and closing an interview. We'll also look at common interview pitfalls, dress code, vocal tone and body language.
However, this is always tailored as mentioned above and at the end of an initial meeting, we can discuss whether you feel an additional session is needed.
A little bit about us. At Interview Skills, we realise that not everyone can easily "sell" themselves at interview. Most of us need help with how to prepare, how to respond to those tricky interview questions and how to generally come across as confident and knowledgeable.
We have in-depth knowledge and hands–on experience of interviews both from the interviewer's and interviewee's perspective and have reviewed thousands of CVs/Resumes from Graduate to Executive level. Whilst we know that there's plenty of information available on-line, it will only ever be generic. It won't provide you with an opportunity to talk with someone about your particular circumstances or learn how to "sell" your own story.
Our one-on-one interview coaching and associated services are unique to you, so we're never going to offer a "one size fits all" approach. Everyone is different with varying backgrounds and circumstances so we like to talk to you first before suggesting what we feel the best approach would be.
