During this class you will learn how to make an all-purpose dough for white bread and a sweet bun dough. You’ll learn mixing, kneading and shaping techniques to give you the confidence to repeat it all at home.
In amongst all of this you’ll also be given a decent dose of information about bread baking and the art and science behind it.
The best part: you get to take home everything you've baked.
We firmly believe that we each need to keep learning. To help you learn more about baking, we offer a range of classes.We are currently reviewing our service delivery for 2021 (it's taking us a while!) - and have our first two dates sorted. If you're interested in our classes and wish to be kept updated, we can add you to our e-newsletter database (we only send newsletter as and when we have something to say, not every 5 minutes!).
