Jewelry is one of the oldest types of archaeological artifacts. In most cultures, jewelry can be understood as a status symbol, for its material properties, its patterns or for specific cultural symbols.
In modern society, contemporary jewelry has been developed as a unique form of self-expression and communication. This intensive is a one-week introduction to jewelry making and design.
Jewelry supplies for the course are included in the tuition price and will be provided the first day. Please bring a sketchbook to your class.
