This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
The Bread Ahead Bakery School, situated in the heart of Borough Market, is the ideal place to experience artisan baking first hand. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, our world class Master Bakers are here to offer their experience and guidance in the art of baking.
This 4-day course will teach participants how to create amazing cakes and cupcakes for their own functions or their community’s small functions like christenings and weddings
For our fairies, butterflies and flowers mini cake class we will bake and decorate mini cakes.
Speciality course arranged by request covering the design & construction of a wedding cake.
I offer instruction in the skills of cake decorating and /or the art of making sugar flowers. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced courses, so whether you are wanting to learn a new skill or improve on your current knowledge (or just have some fun and meet new people)
