Introduction To Equality And Diversity

This Equality and Diversity course incorporates the Equality Act 2010. It has been developed to provide staff at all levels with an introduction to diversity in the workplace, and an understanding of how other people and cultures should be respected.

This course is suitable for all levels of staff. The aim is to ensure that the learner gains an awareness of equality, diversity and care values, and how anti-discriminatory practice underpins their work with their clients.
