This practical event will introduce you to the fundamentals of employing people. It maps the employment relationship from recruitment, issuing contracts, managing holidays, dealing with absence, discipline and grievance matters through to ending the employment relationship.
Although most payroll processing is performed by automated software, it is crucial that anyone involved in the preparation or review of payroll has sufficient knowledge to ensure all functions are performed accurately and compliantly.
