During the five-hour workshop, you’ll make

  • Profiteroles,
  • Millefeuille with crème patisserie
  • Glazed fruit tarts.

By the end of this class, you will have gained confidence in a wide range of basic patisserie techniques including:

  • two types of pastry,
  • cream & custard base fillings,
  • meringue & jam glaze finishes.

You will take home the pastries you’ve made in the class, along with a recipe and method booklet to remind you of what you have learned.
