At Ilia’s Kitchen Cookery School there is something for everyone. We offer a wide range of day courses, from essential beginners to advanced skill classes: Introduction to Bread Making, How to Prepare and Cook Fish, Vegetarian Flavours and much more from around the world. We also offer classes for special dietary needs, such as gluten and dairy free.
We offer children’s and teenager’s cookery workshops during the school holiday periods, designed to provide younger age groups with a junior chef experience.
Spend the day with Sandhya Oza and learn how to cook authentic Thai and pan-Asian dishes.
In our ‘Greek Mezze with Ilia Makri’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes.
In the ‘Introduction to Patisserie’ course, you’ll learn how to create a selection of patisserie classics.
The five hour workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on how to make, shape and bake a selection of British breads.
