At the end of the class, you will take home the bread you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learned.
At Ilia’s Kitchen Cookery School there is something for everyone. No baking experience is necessary; just plenty of enthusiasm & a willingness to work along side other food lovers to make real bread.
This course is for adult students and is intended for all those who are interested in basic bread making. The course will provide learners with an opportunity to learn the skills needed in making, baking and finishing breads.
