Introduction To Project Management

This course covers all aspects of project management, from how a project is selected for development to its engineering, procurement, construction and finally handover of the built facility to the client. Students will learn how project management is actually done in practice.

Participants will learn how to implement a rigorous project management methodology in any type of industry they are coming from. Hands-on training will be provided on the five phases of project execution – define, plan, organize, control & monitor and close-out.
