Our two day class will give us the time needed to make our very own sour dough loaves, croissants and bagels to name just a few of the treats in store for you on this course designed for those who love bread!
You'll get to make (and take home!) five different types of bread, as well as trying several more. I'll also touch on other things you can easily do with the wonderful ingredient called flour, including grissini sticks, pasta, flatbreads and pizza bases.

This two-day course will give you the opportunity to learn all about wild yeast and sourdough bread-making, guided by internationally renowned baker and author of How to Make Bread Emmanuel Hadjiandreou.
